We understand you have questions, we also understand that as a physician you don't alway have time to call or send an email and wait for a response. So we have taken the liberty of posting some of the most common questions with answers below in hopes that this will help save you some time when reviewing our company.
Why do you charge a start up fee?
​We work with only the best to help give our customers the best! With that being said we have teamed up with "Kareo" Practice Management Software and since they charge us a monthly fee we ask our customers to only pay this fee one time at the very beginning of their term with us. After that we do not charge you for the monthly fee nor do we add it to the price of your package. We only charge you the very first time and that is so we can make sure your set up in our system and ready to go!
Do you have a package for a solo practice?

Absolutely we do! In fact we have a price for all practices shapes and sizes, we can even help you to customize a package that's just right for your practice. It's like we always say "no one plan fits all" that's why it is so important to call us and let us help you put your plan together and then let us go to work for you!

How does your billing work?
We offer two options to our customers and multiple ways to pay. You can choose to pay once a month on the 1st of every month or you can choose to pay twice a month once on the 1st and the second on the 15th of every month. We even offer late payment forgiveness which simply states that your payment is not counted as late as long as we recieve it before or by the 5th of every month or in the two payment option the second payment is not counted as late as long as we receive it before or by the 20th of each month. Many of our clients prefer the two payment a month option as it gives your practice a little room to wiggle in between payments. We understand how bills can seem continous and we want to do everything in our will to help your practice succeed and to help rid you of a headache all together!

Are you really a go green company?

We absolutely are! We love tree's! They help us to breathe, they help clean the air, they make the world look so beautiful and we do not want to take part in their destruction. So we're all about electronic invoices and statements, however is you would prefer for us to mail you instead of email of course we will but we'll cry a little for every page we print out.

Can we see the progress of your work?

You sure can! With our truley free EHR no matter where you are in the world you can always check up on the progress of your claims from the dashboard section of the program. You will never be left out of the loop with our company, if your the type to keep tabs on all work done than please be our guest. Remember these are your claims and you have a right to know whats happening every step of the process!
